Hey! Im Lydia Jackson.

A connoisseur of curiosity and a product marketing manager, product & brand strategist, and creative consultant. I've worked across consumer products, retail, and operations, using my experience in end-to-end go-to-market execution, qualitative and mixed-methods research, and discovery. I've seen ideas at every stage, from messy spark to structured plan to real-world execution.

I understand the consumer and the user experience because I am both. I don't just understand vision; I understand how to build it, inside and out. I fully believe a product is only as good as the user decides; without them, there is no product. My problem-solving process is rooted in my love for bringing clarity to chaos, active listening, and pattern recognition, and the Five W's are always plaguing my mind:

Who is this for and what do they actually need from it?

What has to resonate with them in order to make them interact with it?

When does something provoke them to take action?

Where does this product or company go from here?

Why is this needed, wanted, and why does this approach work better than what already exists?

How do we improve, evolve, and bridge the gap between the product and the community it serves?

They say "jack of all trades, master of none", I'd argue the opposite. My strength lies in being multifaceted. My background in communications, UX research, and brand strategy means I bring the rigor of a researcher, the instincts of a designer, and the systems thinking of a strategist into every product decision. That combination gives me a deep understanding of the user, the experience, and the business logic all at once. I use research, storytelling, and strategy to define positioning, shape narratives, and bring products to market in ways that actually resonate with the people they're built for. Staying narrow stunts growth; expanding and evolving is the only way forward. I believe in evolution.

Outside of work — astrology, photography, Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley, and reading 3 books at once. Just to name a few.
